You see, the other day, someone told me that we shouldn’t call ourselves brokers, but fixers. And you know what? It makes perfect sense to me. Because when we do your transaction, we take care of fixing everything to make it as easy as possible for you.
We fix the paperwork, the legal issues, the negotiations, the inspections, the appraisals, the financing, the closing, and anything else that may come up along the way. We fix the problems, the challenges, the obstacles, and the surprises that may arise during the process. We fix the communication, the coordination, the collaboration, and the relationship between all the parties involved. We fix the stress, the anxiety, the uncertainty, and the frustration that you may feel as a buyer or a seller.
We are not just brokers, we are fixers. We are the ones who make your real estate dreams come true. We are the ones who make your life easier. We are the ones who make you happy.
In this video, I will tell you more about why I think we should be called fixers, and how this mindset can help us improve our service, our performance, and our reputation.
