Here’s the real problem with Ikea in the Dominican Republic

Ikea is a great place to buy furniture and home accessories, but there is one thing that really bothers me about their service in the Dominican Republic: their communication. In this video, I will share with you my frustrating experience with Ikea’s family program, which is supposed to offer discounts and benefits to loyal customers. However, I found out that they don’t inform you about their promotions or if you have any checks to use. In fact, I lost a check that I didn’t even know I had, and they told me that it was my responsibility to check their app or go to the store to find out. How unfair is that? 😡
